(Put N/A if not) - Managing the rsps wiki, attending weekly staff meets, keeping arguments outside of the cc, keeping the discord clear of spam/trolls etc, maintained a spreadsheet for clan "points" based on attendance/bumping threads/attending events. 

How much time do you spend on Alora and in the CC daily? - Around 8 hours currently on average.

Being in the Discord is REQUIRED. Are you willing to be active in the Discord and attend weekly meetings? - It's no problem to me as long as it doesn't conflict with class meeting times.

Why would you like to work with us? - I really enjoy my time in Ice and would like to help provide the same welcoming environment that I was introduced when I first joined.

What are your strengths? - I have a lot of game knowledge, especially when it comes to beginner account information. I am very calm and am willing to assist new players who ask questions that others would deem "dumb". 

What are your weaknesses? - I talk a lot, and I'm sure that can be annoying, but I believe a cc where everyone can talk and have a good time is better than a dead quiet one. Another weakness I have which a lot of people say I have is I have a tendency to try to be right a lot, and some people take that as being argumentative when I correct them, but I try my best to not. 

In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for. - The reason that I want this rank is because I want new players to be able to see that a higher ranking member is online and feel comfortable asking questions. As most of the members of the clan are end game accounts, they tend to leave the CC a lot to do raids, or just don't answer questions in general (not throwing shade, most probably just don't see the questions), and I want to be an exception to that. I want to make the cc a more inviting place to new players so that they come to enjoy it and recommend it to those they know, growing our community. I was in ice for a few months when I first played and then came back to it a couple months ago when I started playing again, and then decided I wanted to be part of the community about a month ago. I have no real desire to be in a position of power right now because I don't really feel the need to deal with the stress associated from having to be in that position of power. I used to own an ironman clan on another big rsps and all though I enjoyed building that community I can say that being in that position of power was definitely stressful, and I don't think I can really deal with that right now. I play Alora for fun, and I play it a lot right now (prob like 30+ hours a week), and I want to try to make it a more fun experience for the other players in the community too. Thats why I put 2 or 3 bars, as neither are positions of power, I just wanted to make my intentions clear. Thank you for your time :)
