What rank I am applying for is lieutenant.

 

My strength is very excellent at literature skills for an example understanding more higher in depth of meaning of the clan.

 

My weakness is very common or known for bad memory such as memory loss.

 

 

     My only reason to apply a rank for this clan is to help out the community for what they gave to me. Also i want to support those who need help or new to the game. I want to be applied for a rank in this clan since i just wanna give out to the community support others and such more.

 

I haven't seen you in our clan channel before.
Apart from the fact that you're required to go through all the ranks, before being able to apply for one of our Lieutenant ranks.

 

I also don't feel like you're serious about actually going for a rank in the cc.

ICE is the first and only clan I've joined wince I started Alora, and it is a fantastic community I want to be a part of. I have a good skillset that I'm ready to contribute to ICE. What makes you think you deserve the rank - I think I deserve the rank because I'm a very active player, I get along with all the members in it, I'm always trying to help people with in-game help/ protection vs pkers etc. I also think the cause of my experience in-game that I kinda deserve it.

What are your strengths? - I think of myself as a social person and someone who is always active in the cc or the last 2 weeks on discord. I'm active most of the week for a couple of hours a day and i like to help people in the cc most of the time.

 

What are your weaknesses? - I can lose my concentration on something that i have been doing and forgetting all about it and returning to it after an hour because it still needs to be finished.

I try to join most of the ICE events and Pk trips. Always helping ICE members in need. (even if it is in the wildy...)Also, Reporting any incidents in the CC to upper ranks when needed. I feel that i deserve this rank as I have been apart of Ice for a long time, and have enjoyed my time being part of this community so much that i'd like to be apart of making it so great. On top of the things i already do such as; Recruiting (I've got people playing the server and brought them straight to ICE), advertising in yell, helping to defuse potential conflicts, and letting higher-ups know if there is something that needs to be taken care of, I feel i could be helping with even more. I could be a great addition to the team as I am often on during varying times, especially during dead times where not many if any at all staff members are on. I hope to continue growing with all of you and bring this community far.
