I think it would be easier if certain staff ranks in clan chats are allowed to start raids. Normally, you'd join someone CC and wait for the leader to start. It'd be easier to just have a rank in your clan's chat and then start the raid for who ever wants to join. 

 

It could create the opportunity for a global clan chat created by perhaps a staff member, giving ranks to advanced raiders so that they can easily host raids and see who-ever's interested. Those who are interested would idle in the CC.

You create another CC and start a raid. There's no need for you to be in a certain clan chat for raids. If you dislike someone's raids, you create your own.

But that’s not your original proposition. Essentially you’re just stating what we already do.

Consider letting the owner of the clan decide which rank is eligible to start a raid? This way the clan owner can make his own seperate "ranking" system.

this makes organizing a raid event for cc's much easier. if you don't like the event the clan is having because its a 7man and not a 4man then you can simply make your own you are not forced to take part in the event. idk how the raids system works I thought it went off who was in the cc if so there'll need to be a different way perhaps it'll only start a raid with ppl from the CC that are at the raids starting room, either way I support this.

I would really like the idea . In our clan ice it would be aswesome to let the higher ranks start a raid too .

This would be very beneficial for raiding events or PVM Clans, don't see a reason why this shouldn't be added.
