I mean there is very little harm in adding them to the slayer rotations. More mobs with a chance to drop that elusive visage on tasks. If it's not a hard to do job, then I don't see why it shouldn't be done.

After spending a few days doing Brutal dragons on my Slayer tasks I can happily say I wouldn't mind seeing these added to the Slayer assignments, with the right gear & range bonuses these tasks end up being more beneficial than not. Though dragons pop-up more than frequent enough & it can be annoying at the best of times.

 

I'm going to stay neutral for the moment due to that specific reason.

support, i love the supplies from rune dragons and would love to get them as a task to increase the benefits from killing these guys!

I personally love the Slayer skill and PvMing in general, so I'm up for any monster being added as Slayer tasks. You have my support.
