Fix the kourend catacombs teleport.

I don't know why, but the teleport to the kourend catacombs is in the weirdest position.
Shouldn't it be like the osrs one?

Since most slayer tasks revolve around that spot, I think it's better to have it as it is.

This spot seems to be convenient for all slayer tasks except for dust devils.
