Both need to be buffed slightly. Ags constantly hits 0's on robes for some reason, very rarely hits anything above a 25. Teleblock splashes regardless if you have 130+ mage bonus or not.

can confirm! is hard to exterminate if teleblock splash!

I can agree with the teleblock. It splashes way more than it should even when I'm maxed mage gear. Also, the teleblock does give a timer, but not all the time. If I log out, and back in I will still be teleblocked but I won't have any idea for how long it will last.
