In OSRS, there's an NPC located behind Barbarian Assault that you can talk to and toggle Vial Smashing, which automatically destroys the vial once you've finished drinking a potion. I feel like this would be a good NPC to put at Home to make it easy to toggle it on and off.

 

Nonetheless, my suggestion is to add the feature of vials automatically smashing once you finish a potion, which is in OSRS.

This is already in the game, speak to the 'Emblem Trader' North of Edgeville bank and choose the option "destroy vials after finishing a potion."

This is already in Alora. Talk to the Emblem Trader outside Edgeville.
