Above and below the shoutbox is rather bland and has room for a support board. It would be structured something like this.

 

Support  |   Guides |   Updates |   Appeals |  Fill in the blank  | 

 

Obviously each being directly linked to their appropriate thread. Just QoL and will give the main page of the forums more accessibility.

 

I also noticed that when you are constructing a forum post/comment, if you back out of the page or close the page, all of the content that is typed or posted will not save. Not sure if this is localized to the type of forum/web page it is, or if there is a setting with it. Possibly finding a way to enable it? Or hell, it could just be me.

Actually a fairly interesting idea in my opinion. There is definitely open space about Shoutbox for this:

Support the first suggestion, would be very useful and helpful, especially for newcomers and players who aren't experienced in using forums. As for your second suggestion, there already is an auto save system?
