Instead of taking dragon defenders and rune defenders off the same roll, I suggest there be a way to exchange 3-5 rune defenders for one dragon defender. This should help people avoid getting stuck at cyclops for insane amounts of time when they have the bad luck to hit the drop roll plenty of times but always roll rune.

I suggest redoing the way Warriors Guild works in Alora or fix the way rune and dragon defenders drop at the very least. This is easily in the top 3 of frustrating things to obtain for new players anybody.

Wreckage explains this perfectly. As soon as I saw the title I was thinking the same thing myself. Just fixing the way you get Dragon Defender would be a better solution in my opinion.

Either method of fixing it works, I assumed it is the way it is because someone wanted it to be a 50/50 roll, so I suggested something to work with that rather than revamping it completely.

I agree Warrior's Guild needs a revamp. This could definitely be a part of it or just change it overall.

This has already been suggested by @Chase & Im sure this certain revamp is on the main suggestion list.

I'd love to see "Clyclossus" be added that randomly spawns (1/100) with a 100% DR of the Dragon defender.

This was a 2010 update Jagex made back in the day. I still think it's worth mentioning.

Just has to be fixed.

Removing rune defenders from drop table when you already have one is already added to the suggestions list, which would fix this issue.
