I think the title explains it but I will clarify.

 

Hello, here's a small suggestion I'd like to see added!

 

  • When talking to Mac and asking about the "Completionist Monkey" while fulfilling the requirements and pressing continue for the first time,
    a server-wide message will appear in the chat along these lines; "[News] %player% has just received the Completionist Monkey for the first time!"
    This message could be whatever you see fit but somewhere along those lines.
     
  • I think this would be fun & interactive for the community to congratulate those who become completionists on the server.
    It would also give the person that has worked hard some appreciation and adoration which I think would be awe-inspiring.

Agreed. We have News for maxing but not completionist.

Sounds like a great idea and it would make sense to implement this suggestion or something along the lines of what you have suggested.

Getting monkey cape is a pretty huge achievement and it wouldn't make sense to announce 99's and not announce getting monkey cape.
