It has came to my attention that there a few broken links/outdated rules that can be found within the TOS page. Down below is a small list of what needs updating.
- The current hyperlinks that are displayed at the top of the TOS page currently link to another server, no idea as to why it's like this however it would be a good idea to change the links to the appropriate sections here at Alora.
- Remove any words on the TOS page that are referred to Blank, as we are all aware he is no longer a manager. It's obvious that Lowkey would be replacing any sentences that contain Blank's name.
- Rule #1 displayed on the TOS page does not match the punishments that are demonstrated on the official Rules thread created by Syntax . Current punishment displayed on the TOS states that a 72 hour mute will be given after a third infraction, when matter of fact it should be a 7 day mute according to the official rules.
- Same with rule #3 that can be found on the TOS page provides the wrong information in regards to advertising. It states (via TOS) that if you are caught advertising you will receive a permanent ban with the chance to appeal. However on the official rule thread it states users will be banished from the community with no chance to appeal. This needs to be changed accordingly.
- Rule #10 via official thread needs to be updated with the time limit on the given punishment as it does not give a time frame on how long the mute will last. Refer to the TOS rule (Encouraging others to break rules) for the correct duration of the punishment.
- "Backseat moderation" rule needs to be added to the official thread. Refer to the TOS page for the correct details in regards to to this rule being added.
