Hello ,

 

i wanted to point out that everything in Classic Mode money wise is halfed .

 

The only things not are pet insurance , instances and well of goodwill.

 

I would like to hear your opinion why we should not get this halfed too since we getting half the cash while playing anyways.

 

Since there allready is a topic for the well  i dont want to point it out here aswell  but i want to focus on the pet insurance for now .

 

 

I hope we can get some opinions in here .

Why should it be any cheaper because you choose a more difficult game mode?

I agree with this, you chose a harder mode xp wise, insuring a pet for half the price shouldn't be a big deal for other game modes unless you have some sort of interaction with classic gp that benefits you as a normal player

Yes i chose this Gamemode because its more difficult but not to pay 4 times the normal player price when its twice as hard to earn . I think you know how math goes acording you are Sheldon.

10M for pet insurance is kinda expensive, not gonna lie, when i got my elemental pet, and i had to pay 10m, i nearly cried

How about you just let it be in the bank until you have enough money to do it.

I think most people stated the core of it. If you choose a game mode, knowing the disadvantages that come with it, there should be no right to complain.

This being said, I feel like the 10m price is a bit high. Even for normal players. I don't see why pets have to be the second biggest money sink in the game.

Just my opinion.

i agree with you , it can be difficult aswell for ironman ,but not for normal game mode players, it's just too easy to make gp there.

I don't think prices should be cut on everything for Classics just because you guys get less money. That's just a component of your guys' economy and ultimately a money sink. In addition, Classic is supposed to be hard and if continue to make cuts, it takes away from that.

 yeah that's true, but it is mean to be har exp wise  in my opinion , some stuff should be taken more lightly . Our money is also worth much more because we have more money sinks than ways to make gp itself, maybe a discount on the well and pet insurance, nothing tooooo huge, but anything helps !

Just going to throw this quote of what I said in Elvemage's post in regards to the Classic players adding to well.
 

In the example of thieving: You steal a Battlestaff as a regular player, it sells for 5,550GP, you steal that same staff as a classic member and it sells for 2,775GP. So the reality of it is, they get half of a regular player, if a regular member stole 2M worth of GP in an hour of thieving a Classic player would get 1M in that same amount of effort.

How ever in the case of Pet insurance, Instances or even the cost of buying a POH, I don't think we should half those amounts as some people above said, money sinks and all that lovely stuff, but maybe lower them by 1/4th or something similar.
