I know donations are very important but being able to donate for these items really take away from content itself (I'm not the only one who feels this way). 

 

1) Why are pets even in the donation store? It takes away from the fun of actually doing things like raids, inferno, and whatever else.

 

2) Twisted bow/Prayer scroll. Removing these two items from custom donations/donation store would prevent raids from becoming dead content (again). I know it picked up a little bit this week because of the buff but like all of the raid updates in the past, that wont last too long.

I have to disagree with the first part of your suggestion list, only due to the fact I don't see how pets being in the store can/would be a problem. As far as I'm aware and in my eyes they're considered as cosmetics so therefore I don't see a reason as to why they should be removed.

I disagree with both options. Some pets people really like and just want the pet. Same goes with things like Twisted Bows, Prayer scrolls, and even Elysians. People will pay for them if needed, and these donations really help pay for the server due to their costs in the store, and how often people donate for those items.

Haha, that's fine and I totally get where you are coming from but to me, it feels like you can literally donate for ANY item in the game...For me and im sure a bunch of others, it just takes a bit of fun away.

I also get what you mean, but things like this have always went this way. It gives people with money incentive to spend it, which overall helps the server. Even then, I don't have access to the exact number of for example twisted bows in-game but i doubt it's a lot. And it doesn't matter because they're really expensive since @casual has them all.

support, pets should be earned not bought, along with extremely rare and hard to get items
