Presenting you the name change;

 

Only the ability to change your name ONCE with a bond, couldn't hurt the economy

 

 

 

So when someone used a bond to change their display name, you see the . When you go with your mouse on the name you simply see the previous name.

*And if the name isn't available and wasn't active for months, the name should be dissapear and available to use? (Example: people that makes lvl 3 accounts with the name you want and they don't play on it)

I could see people using this but I think if it were to go through, it can only be changed ONCE so people don't keep changing their names over and over. 

 

Also for it to cost a lot more than 1 bond.

A bond is essentially 10 dollars, I think that's more than enough for a name change. I would even go as far to say that it could be even five dollars (if we weren't talking bonds here), 'cause a name change isn't that big of a deal compared to some other suggestions that would greater effect the gameplay than this.

 

Anyway, I'm all-in on this suggestion. It makes sense and be a little cash sink.

I've been skeptical of name changing methods or just the change in general. This is mostly due to punishment evasion and scamming but I support a one time only change per user/IP with the option to see available names before the swap happens of course.

Name releases have already been discussed behind-the-scenes and are not going to be an option anytime soon.

 

I'll remain neutral in regards to the bonds for a name change. While it may be beneficial to many, it also opens avenues for the ill-willed who use name changes to manipulate others.

 

Ultimately up to Omicron/the staff team though, good luck with your suggestion.
