By adding these you will create a more viable alternative method to buying votebooks for smithing on ironman/ultimate ironman. This will greatly increase the experience rates of gold smelting. I don't see how this is super overpowered in any form or shape, considering you still have to obtain the gold ores. 

 

On OSRS the experience increase is about 2.5x more than normally.  I suggest adding these via the achievement shop, as the other two gauntlets are already obtained from there.

 

I'm sorry if this has already been suggested, but I couldn't find anything about it on the list of current suggested ideas.

Sounds good to me, maybe not 2.5x as in (250%) more, maybe 25% more exp ^^

2.5x xp seems a bit OP to me, maybe down it a little (tests are sure to be made), but seems like a good idea nontheless.

Love the idea of the gloves but definitely agree with everyone else that's saying the xp boost should be lowered, if it was a set i would agree but not just 1 item.

People saying it's OP. On OSRS it provides X2.5 xp boost.

 

Gold ore on regular mode is 2369 XP before 99, with well and vote book XP. The gauntlets would make that 5922 XP ea bar.

 

Edit: These numbers is also with the Weekend XP event at the moment.

 

I don't see this a OP in any way. If anything it might help the gold ore prices.
