Title. Make it so the bank automatically puts your item settings back to "Item" instead of remembering to stay "noted".

I like the idea of this but I don't know if it's really necessary.

I'd rather see them make the search option viable since you cant withdraw the searched item, also adding tags would be nice. 

Is it really that bad that it remembers the noted option?

I think this is sort of upto personal preference and neither is better    I myself prefer that it remembers your selection...

Closing your bank on OSRS reverts it back to default "item" selection if you close it after taking out noted items. 
I feel since this is the case we should fix it to OSRS since so many players will be translating from that game to this. 

I understand the concern for the other bank options being fixed, but this is something so tiny and small that literally either adding or deleting a line of code would fix. 
I'm so used to the bank reverting back to its default after closing it, and I play both games heavily. 

Not the biggest of issues, either way.
