She can drop one of three shards required to forge odium wards and malediction wards.

Protect from: Missles (Ranged)
It is best to stay away from melee range as her melee hits are decently accurate. Freezing + kiting her is the most effective.
When Scorpia is at 50% (half) health or lower, she will spawn 2 guardians that heal her.

Hitpoints: 70
Weakness: Magic
These are noticeable when healing scorpia as their telegrab-like animation is pink.
Ice or binding spells can kill these guardians to stop the healing or can be froze with.
If they do not heal Scorpia in 15 seconds, they will despawn.
