I afk a lot in the game, and I miss a lot of messages from my friends. I know this because I come back to a lot of received messages, but I can't see the origin of them because they are constantly erased.

I suggest that the Private tab keep a log of all private conversations, instead of constantly clearing. 

Not suggesting that the private messages separate of the chat window never disappear.

I have seen this done before on another RSPS, it kept logs till you cleared them since as you said alot of ppl AFK some skills and miss Private messages, so i support

I would also support this update. I don't see it being that big of an update. Possibly just the refresh timer and command that would need to be added?

I've had the same thing happen, especially if ive tabbed and get the little notification but can't see the message because i'm too late..
