Hey Alorians,

 

We definitely need a money sink right? Yell Tokens - Equals a certain amount of cash - The tokens can be bought at the general store.

Apart from the fact donators are able to yell, there are loads of other content whats provided when being a donator, not just yell.

 

Let's say 1 Yell-token:50.000 coins.

 

- Yell timer will stay.

- 1  = 50k, 10 = 500k.

How much would it cost? What would it mean for donators? Would people who donated still need to purchase those "yell-tokens"?

I want some more details before I make my descision.

50k seams abit cheap tbh, currently costs $10 to yell? so no one is going to be rude/racist over yell & loose $10

 

however loosing 50k is nothing, something to consider.

If you can balance this out for donor incentive then you might have my support.

Only part i like about this is that itll cut down on spam or make people think twice about what they type.

Altho to a new player this might feel like a daunting update that could turn them off the server since everything is chewing up their hard earned cash even tho yell in my opinion is a luxury.

No support, most donators only upgrade their status for the lesser yell time, and this suggestion would completely make that useless.

Maybe a token donors get everyday they can sell to normal players for yell?

 

Or up the cost of the token quite a bit.

This is most definatly an excellent money sink, I believe this suggestion could bring more positive than negative attention.

Although it may be a great money sink, this will put everyone who donated just to be able to yell, at a huge disadvantage.
Not to mention this could cause yell to get even more toxic, then when most of the PK-ing scene wakes up (no offense).

I know this feature from different servers; it worked out well. Yell tokens could be good way to moneysink. I support.

I'm kinda mixed on this, since I like how yell is exclusive to donor's, and almost loses an incentive when upgrading donor, cause I like the shorter yell time and want to upgrade further. However, I think it would be beneficial to those who aren't donor and would like to advertise, prevent flaming over yell, since they'd literally be paying for it they did flame. Lastly, from any community I've ever been on, there is no guaranteed anti-flaming method. It's going to happen no matter what you do.

I'd support non-donor's getting the ability to yell, through tokens; but not donor's having to purchase yell tokens. Ultimately, I can't support this.

This is a nice concept. Money sinks are a puzzle piece to this server, but my question to you is this. Why purchase something with money when the purpose of the yell is to make money? (i.e sale offers, advertisement, raids cc's open)

To me this feels like a step backwards, maybe something loyalty points would be beneficial being spent upon.

I see it not living up to a sufficient use as per intended.
