What's the plan with the completionist monkey cape? Will it never have the best stats like the infernal cape added?

Does completionist monkey now have +8 strength as well? Or can you add an infernal cape to it to give it that boost? Or maybe you need to complete infernal to get completionist monkey now?

Definitely immense proof that Alora is one of the best, if not the best  RSPS going.
