They should be like osrs, they should always drop an ensouled head (If the thin they come from actually drops one), and 3 rolls on the loot table, including the heart/mist battlestaff, but if it rolls on that, cannot roll on them again for that kill.

I think drop tables are replicas of OSRS tables, but not too sure. I think they drop consistently, you always see heart drops in game and hopefully totems get a purpose then superiors will have a greater purpose.
