Pking is probably the most popular thing about Runescape Private Servers..following staking and then onto PvM ofc.

Theres only very few servers that actually have or had a DMM world but the content was so outdated and there very minimum players that would play so it made it a huge waste of time.

I recommemd or suggest there be a DMM world for people that like that competition and a sort of a race you could say. It could be same rules plus owner self preference as OSRS.

The duration could be 14-18 days long..after take the top 100-500 players(depending on how many play) out andput them in a 3-7 day finals and last hour use the fog or just place the finalists in an area like say..the fight arena or the gnome stronghold...

I thought this would be a cool suggestion.

Maybe not 14-18 days. Seems a little long being a private server and if it does get big it would distract from the main world.

 

Last Man Standing would also be a nice addition.

Yeah, last man standing would be a fun minigame. Minigames are dead in this server.
Dead man mode would make the community seem more fun...like a morale boost lol.

Dont know how possible this would be, but this sure sounds really awesome. 14-18 days does sound too long, but if this is codeable, i would totally agree on a 7 day qualify period, then a 3-4 day final period with last hour etc.

Definitely support from me, I love the idea, not sure how easy it would be to code that though and perhaps an update as huge as this would take too much time & perhaps this isn't the number 1 priority but if there's any chance of this happening, I think it would be very benefitial to the server and I would definitely enjoy this.

I've seen this suggestion before, but forgot if it got declined, or accepted. It should be prioritized in my opinion because people want to play RSPS for the fun PvP/Gambling aspects that they couldn't have had on OSRS. Some love the competition in the Hi-Scores as well, and others the achievement of doing everything on their own (Ironman game modes). This is literally the perfect way to balance all of these aspects, while maintaining everything else the game provides. Omicron has put a ton of effort into updates, and was the first RSPS with raids, and that itself is a huge feat. I wouldn't doubt that he could pull this off, and people underestimate how much this could increase Alora's player base. Very underlooked suggestion, should be prioritized considering the amount of content Alora already offers.

I don't know how well Omni can develope, but he has to be well above average to get this far.

If it is only himself coding it may take a while, but it wouldn't be hard to actually do; just very time consuming.

There's a lot of different ways to go about it as well. You don't have to have a 2nd world (which I'm assuming is what he thinks he would have trouble with/supporting), perhaps you could make a new account on the main world and do it that way?

 

But yea, like you said this would really bring people to the server.

If he isn't working on anything else after construction he should perhaps really look into doing this.

I think DMM is a really cool idea, as of now pking on Alora is basically dead. It would be cool to see something maybe bring that side of the game to life, plus the risk factor of DMM makes it so much fun! I'll support this idea! Let's hope we can see it one day
