[HC King]

So i've received an 'Eternal crystal' today, but the only way to obtain infinity boots is by killing battle mages, which is located in the wilderness.

 

As a suggestion i was thinking maybe add it to:

 

• The ironman store for certain amount of GP like 10mil ish
• Able to obtain it as a drop from Spiritual/infernal mages at a certain rate
• Add it to the 'closed chest' at home.

 

I'd like to see opinions or any other ideas, thanks

At least another spawn maybe with inconvenient rates for HCIM who don't want to risk it, but I don't think anything drastic should be done to limit the achievement of getting one on an HCIM.

I like the suggestion, but honestly it would loose the purpose of a hardcore iron man if it was easy to obtain the item.

as people said, maybe another alternative but i think hardcore iron man need to risk it at some point in time

I wouldn't support; just because as a HCIM, you know what you're signing up for. The challenge is harder, that's the point.

Eternal crystal does. What HC King was saying is that infinity boots should be dropped another way and not just from battle mages which are found in wilderness.

Oh, well I think it should stay the same as it is then. When making a hcim you need to think of all the possible risks.

Then don't get them. Eternal boots are worth it because of the risk it takes to get them.  There are times where you can easily sneak by to get into the arena.  Create an alt, scout out the area, if there's no one there log out and into your HCIM.  It's as simple as that.  Do the same when you are leaving there too.
