When a player maxes their account, it announces in chat "(name) has achieved 99 in all skills!"

However I would remove it showing announce when someone reaches 99 on any skill. Atleast remove it from Regular's and just make it show for Ironman's. Since nobody barely even gz's when someone reaches 99 on a skill tell's it has become very regular and not really that much of achievement.

I'm with this, I was going to suggest this too. It Spams the chat quite a lot too, when there are a lot of players online at once, too.

Hell yeah! I mean we already have 200M in a skill, I think it's only right to show the maxed announcement and completionist (if they don't currently).
