Can't see it being harmful. Not essential, but a nice feature I suppose.

Would more prefer the system I believe osrs has where you can set your chat to repeat itself every 15 or so seconds.

Could be useful for auths, idk.

I'd only agree with this suggestion if it were to be for PM's, auth codes, or 2FA. No agreement in a normal chat dialogue(including the yell command).

It of course has to have some kind of filter to it.. But for example when ur skilling, and u wanna save time going to ::thieve instead of teleporting home, you could CTRL+V ::thieve instead of having to retype it all the time...

I don't agree with this, maybe same as osrs and minimum message timer would be 15 seconds, then I'd support it.
