When someone VPN votes, it doesn't affect me as i don't deal in vbs.

When someone scams in dice, it doesn't affect me as i don't gamble.

If someone downs server for 8 hours while i'm sleeping, it doesn't affect me, as i'm not playing.

All those things and more don't affect me, but i still consider it an issue. All those thing's are illegal, are you saying they're fine?

 

Scamming is slightly different to begging. Someone begging for five minutes doesn't make you quit. Someone scamming you for weeks of hard earned money makes you quit. You can't even put these things in the same category.

 

The thing's you've listed are rule breaking. Begging is not, you only see It in the same category because YOU don't like it. It does not make it an offence.

9/10 people will quit if their bank has been taken from them. Your opinion seems so ridiculous. You haven't even really thought it through. You just hate people asking for money, when it makes no difference to you how long they ask for.

 

This should never be a rule and if I'm honest, I'd rather mods and admins look out for REAL rule breakers, instead of punishing people for absolutely nothing. If they focused on people begging, they'd never get anything done.

AGAIN, AS I SAID BEFORE, even if it wasn't a well enforced rule it would still decrease it, as a lot of people are scared to break rules.

No support. People will always beg and if they get muted on one account they will just make more. It's just an annoying little fact of online games.
If it's a constant stream of begging you can report them for spamming.

No support. Tbh when people ask for free items/beg on Alora or just reg. RS or any other game you play. Your usually going to see someone begging for items. That's just how games work sadly. All I say is "Get the items yourself, it's a better accomplishment and you'll feel rewarded." Making a rule I feel is too far fetch I feel like. If you see someone begging for items, then just simply ignore them. Doesn't matter if they pm you or not, and if you get annoyed. Just ignore them and keep doing what you were doing previously. Whocares, if you want to be nice then donate to them and let them have some cash why not... Just my opinion.

Not that big of a deal. I get the point you are trying to make. Although your intentions may be good, there will not be a rule added for this. Just add them to your ignore list.
