I think this should be implemented into the slayer shop, which would very lightly help stabilize the eco.

Crystal seed should be added in there, considering the crystal items are untradable anyway. You could make the seed untradable again, and it would give people something to work for (considering I'm 700 kills @ zulrah without a seed on my iron)

Personally, I think the Crystal Hally in the Slayer shop i think is good enough, as the bow and shield are rather useless. but I can admit, Getting a seed can be a grind, and the cost of the hally is a little high IMO

Selfishly I would support, but even though it's a private server, people like Reload and Text have committed to merching them, so unless there's some kind of fair, advanced warning in place, I wouldn't be able to support the idea of switching the item over to untradeable. Maybe put it in the slayer shop for a lot of slayer points and keep it tradeable?

could do that considering every other item in there is tradable, and people sell those scrolls for 50m lol

I think having another means of getting a crystal seed would be bad for the server. The crystal halberd is extremely over powered and giving more players an easy way of getting it just means it will be harder and harder for players who don't have the means of getting one to boss.

Rest assured, I'm sure that the crystal seed would be around the slayer points cost of a crystal halberd, maybe just a couple thousands points off.  This would still be a tough thing to attain!
