A Highrisk area/teleport where protect item is disabled for anybody that wants to riskfight. Basically more convenient for people that want to highrisk (Don't have to either trust the other person to not protect item or bring an extra item so you lose the item you want to riskfight).

We need to do something about the issue with nobody pking, something has to be done. It will only bring more players to the game
