This is a client option which osbuddy has, its really helpful for tracking xp to 104m
how it works is
you would select the client option via client options in the options tab.
you would then start to see levels beyond 99. for example if you have 14.3m xp in a skill you're skills will display 100/100 instead of 99/99, this is only visual and an aid to completionest who love to track experience past 99.
