Hi, my name is sehrin1 in game. I'm loving playing the hardcore ironman atm as I like a challenge and the low exp rates, but I was curious if it could ever be a option. As a regular iron man or even on a regular account to have low exp rates as I and i'd guess many other people like to have a challenge and not such high exp rates.

 

This is just a suggestion, i'm basically just saying some way to play with lower exp rates other than 20x if you're a normal player or just regular iron would be nice. not saying there has to be new highscores or anything just myself and i'm guessing others would like a challenge compared to 20x rates :)

This would be interesting. personally, I'd play a normal account with hcim xp rates, but then again, im already a decently progressed hcim.

Low rates alone seem pointless, now perhaps adding some incentive to these low rates. Perhaps a small boost to drop rate or increased casket drop, many possibilities here. On the other hand i can see this pulling some people away from the iron man challenge. If this is a direction the staff is willing to look at i suggest a running poll for sure.

I really liked that another server had this back when I used to play it so I definitely support this.

I mean, this could be done because I don't mind having an option to make rates more difficult if someone wants their gameplay more challenging. :) Support.

This isn't a bad idea. I do remember somebody can't remember who either omicron, Otto, or Blank say something about not liking accounts being able to choose the xp rates. This would also affect hiscores. No support.

This would be a good idea for people who would want a challenge, But as @Iron Bastard said this would make the high-scores unfair, Maybe if a separate high-scores was created then i would support

I don't really see the point in having 100 different game-modes, maybe someone want normal accounts without a bank? Maybe someone wants a normal account but without the ability to use TP or trade? Ironman you call this, nope - This certain person would still like to use the stores. I don't think its worth it. Will cause to much confusion in my opinion.

Just a little correction. Regular accounts have x330 xp rate in combat stats until 99 and x30 xp rates in all non-combat stats until 99.
Ironmen & UIM have x30 in all stats until 99 and Hardcore Ironmen have x8 xp.

Different game modes is not something we are a fan of.
