A couple ideas to try and make the forums more active.

 

 

Additions to Navigation Bar

• Daily Top 5 or Top 10 Posters
• Daily Top 5 or Top 10 Voters

 

Player of the Month

 

 This would be a reward dedicated and given out monthly to any player who has been influential either by making guides, creating content for youtube, posting topics(non-spam), and overall just being genuinely active in the community.

 

 

Alora Newspaper

 

This is a great thread that from what I've seen has stopped being made: a monthly newspaper for all your Alora needs.

This thread would be created each month, containing staff promotions and/or demotions, questions directed to any staff member(s), questions/interview to the player of the month of the month before, the signatures of the week winners of that month, plus any other ideas worth adding to the thread.

 

 

Behind the Scenes

 

Much like real RuneScape has, a BTS where the staff can tease any upcoming updates and give us na inside view on what content is being worked on. 

 

 

 

 

Nothing too fancy, but maybe this would bring more players to the forums or at least spark some interest in getting involved in the community.

Most posts of the day would be rather nice, most votes not to sure.
Player of the month is already here in the newspapers, also the newspaper didn't stop, we will still continue that.
Last suggestions is kinda the content polls so I feel like it's already here.

The daily top suggestion is basically already added although most users are not aware of it(Scroll all the way down, bottom right corner);

The newspaper and the member of the month are also already within Alora.

 

The only thing I could think of is perhaps something like 'Top 5 contributors' which would display the top 5 users who have received the most likes within a week/month/years time.

I like this idea. Like Error said I think something like "Top 5 Contributors" would be a good add to the forums. I'd like to see the forums more active too! SUPPORT

Well I feel dumb now, lol, I thought they stopped making it.
The top contributors is a better idea tho.
