What monster has the highest clue drop rate?
And what clues are worth doing. (Cuz I know elite clues give worse loot Then hard.)

There isn't much choice between worthwhile clues, in my opinion, elite clues aren't really worth it since the good loot is rare, hard clues you can get lucky and get a decent item or you can be wasting your time, its a risk.

 

As for the drop rates I'm not sure but you can try killing these for hard clues:

• Hellhound
• Abyssal Demon
• Black Demon
• Bloodveld
• Cave Horror
• Dark Beast
• Steel Dragon

And these for elite clues:

• Abyssal Demon
• Dark Beast
• Lizardman Shaman
• Mithril Dragon
• Skeletal Wyvern
• Smoke Devil
• Steel Dragon

 

Plus most bosses drop hard and elite clues.

I myself just get my clues during slayer, it's way more fun than to just grind for them (but's thats probably subjective, i really love slayer!)

Since release of clue bottles, i noticed i get a ton of clues from fishing manta's and stuff. Although they can give any type of clue its still worth it if u want to get a ton.

I've always just killed Hellhounds for hards, they seem to drop them quite often.
