Who is Picaluga? Still no answer

I'm not here to discuss him but I get your point. I was simply backing up why we chose those 2 so quickly. Picaluga was not one of my choices.

Having Support on the server doesn't really affect anybody in a negative manor. I'd understand if we had 7 moderators on at a time it would be pointless but support is really just a player that's been noticed by the staff and are being recognized for it. I'd also bet money they are on a probation period and if they don't cut it they'd loose the position. Just my 2 cents just sit back and see how they do not petition for demotion or bash them the day after promotion.

If I am right @Beproud started this , yells for help. Kinda think they've deserved it to be server support (also if they yell) because they do not only yell, of course behind the 'famous' yell they help people. It's also a unique chance to prove yourself, I can't really say that it's a hasty decision. We're promoting them for a reason, and what we think is best at that time.

He has been the worst promotion yet imo.

 

 

Anyhow, promotions are made once the administration sees that the user is helpful and qualifies for said promotion. This is then testing during the support staff phase. Good support staff get promoted to moderators, bad ones get either demoted or warned to improve.

Anyway, I agree with your point Dutchie, but the fact of the matter is that it's only a title. They have absolutely no power over anybody else, and if you were to ever see them attempting to take advantage of their rank, call them out and report them, but atleast give them a chance to show what they can offer.

i say maximum like 3-7 server supports, half for the PM's and other half for AM's. :)
