Hi,

This morning I logged in, and Pkp shop is disabled for ironmans? Been enabled for the whole server

Imbueing 100 rings?

I know it is stupid to grind as Ironman for items in the pkp shop, should be disabled even when Alora has been created. Only 1.2k pkp for a Armadyl crossbow.  This shoulda been disabled months ago.

Reset people's items (ironmans) who bought them from the pkp shop, I'm sure there are bunch of peoples who got loads of bandos, arma from the shop.

sad life

I don't see how they can justify disabling it now, after a lot of people have already abused the system.

Like you said, reset everything bought and give back the PKP (if they can)

They should reset people's items who got them from the Pkp shop indeed. (Iron_G bought his Dragonfire shield from the pkp shop, like the rarest item in-game to get)

Glad it has finally been disabled. What you did was borderline pop farming anyways.

I agree that it should of been disabled from the start.

Imagine: You are an ironman and you are a great pker, you can get some items in less then an hour.

why go PvMing? if you could go pking? that's the same like your an ironman but i can't use any shops so i go pk for my gear.

If you look at his K/D you can see he did not pkp farm since his K/D is negative.

I get your point, all this effort put into it and then it's disabled.

Some people have abused it, some haven't.

It's unfair for the people who haven't abused this, this should've been disabled earlier to avoid this but we can't turn back time.

Not sure if it's smart to reset the items, think it would be unfair for people who actually have grinded for PKP.

We can't determine the people who have abused it and the people who didn't abuse it.

Disable the PKP shop is the only way to stop this, the damage that was made can't be reversed, only way to do this is reset all the items but that would be unfair and also not sure if it's possible.

Hope we'll find something that will be fair.

Can't support this but I'm open for suggestions.

Sincerely,

Dennis (Sheep).

But you are saying it's unfair for the people who grinded for the PKP? I literally wasted 6 hours. I should be able to buy my Armadyl crossbow soon, because I 'grinded' also.

I'm open for suggestions also.

I know it's unfair but there isn't really a solution to the problem, not sure if we can reset all those items but even if we did a lot of people didn't abuse it, it will also be unfair for them.

Think it will be better if there's a solid solution.

Hence I added 'borderline pkp farming'. It wasn't pkp farming, but it was a bit frowned upon for sure. You were just doing fast paced no armour fights, which goes against the spirit of ironman in my opinion.

It may be a little late to remove it, but it has been abused. It's very similar to NMZ in OSRS.

It was abused to an extent where it was just too much, at which point it was removed. I believe it's for the best it was removed.

What to do with 10.7k PKP? Imbue 50 DK rings? We need to solve this problem on a other way. Either remove the people's items

I am totally not aware of the situation as I don't play anymore.

A solution to this can be maybe polling this amongst the community, as to what they, and the majority should be implemented.

I believe it was removed due the ironman tournament, the reasons are obviously. Removing items from people that bought items from the shop isn't

the best idea tbh, you're just thinking on your side in your benefits.

Ironmans should of get their items from PvM as it's the real spirit of being an ironman.

As Sheep said, people grinded for their PKP items, so did I.

This server is mostly about PvM and the Eco. Although there are some players still pking on the wildy. It's rather fun to them.
