fix public [off] chat on how its intended to be, hides text in chat-box but not ingame

 

make it able to turn [news] off without filtering the rest of the ingame messages

 

fix teleblock timers, if you're tbed and logout and switch account the timer stays.

 

client still isn't centered > toggling xp bar vs compass overlaying

 

 

revamp the entire PM system thing is atrocious

 

while on [friends] you cannot pm and appear offline

 

while on [off] you can pm still and the tab doesn't change to on
