In light of the recent community feedback saying that, there are barely any staff online during particular hours. I urge you all to read this thread carefully.
First and foremost, Discord is a very popular FREE voice chat/messaging application. It has a user friendly UI; all of the staff members uses it. At any moment at least 1 staff member will be on the Alora discord. So you can be sure that your enquiries will go through when messaging us via discord. Once we see it, we'll get to it ASAP.
So how do you join the Alora discord you may ask?
It's quite easy! Simply type ::discord in game to receive an invitation, accept the invitation and you'll be in the channel.
However it is definitely a last resort type of action to message us on discord. 99% of the time you can get a fairly fast reply by using our forums under the Support Section, Report a Player Section and the Appeal section. I urge all of you to use the forums as it has a lot of information that may help you. It will save both your time and ours. Please realize that we are normal people with responsibilities, understand that Alora isn't our life. We are passionate players that volunteered as staff members.
What you can pm us on Discord:
Players that are negatively affecting the in game community. These people are but not limited to the following
- Advertisers
- Spammers
- Technical Difficulties (Although, we strongly suggest you post it on the forums. Only pm us if your request is overdue.)
What you shouldn't pm us:
- In game content related question
- Appeal applications
