Changing banks for UIM

Some bank chests/ bankers right now are unable to note items.

Changing these to a working bank booth would be super helpfull for Ultimate Ironmen

 

Right now the ones that don't work are:

 

Varrock West bank, southern most booth

Varrock East bank. The western most booth

Falador West bank, Eastern most booth

The first spoiler you have as 'east' bank but that's west. Good suggestion though.

Please for the love of god do this! And you have some pretty random fucking banks in there but no culromancers chest bank? Add that to suggestions pls. (::thieve bank)

@alumentum While I appreciate all the GIFs, they were more than what was necessary to fix these bugs! To commend your work in writing all of these down and recording the gifs, I'll make sure that they will be in the next update :)
