I don't want to see 200m capes or Completionist cape. Maxing a stat on your account is important, but getting 200m is not. No reason to add a complete set of custom capes just so those players who spent the extra time on a statistic they were either gaining xp for profit or just because it was easy. Don't support either, I believe almost 100% in my mind that if those capes are added the player base will drop. It's an OSRS server for a reason.

I support this. All achievements could be included as a requirement. Quite a few of those are pking related which in itself is a win win.

Pking is something that's beginning to pick up and adding something like this gets more people into the wild who normally wouldn't be.

I believe this would be a easy implement and i as i have said in the server if it was to go through i already have my own custom coded completionist's cape from a 317 server of my own so omicron wont have to do much work at all.

For the people saying "completionist cape has bad stats." Incase you guys didn't know, completionist cape is the BEST cape that has ever been out there. It has higher stats than even the Kiln cape (Upgraded fire cape from RS2/3)

Anyway, I fully support this idea as well. I'd prefer for it to be fully customizable, as well as having the same stats it had back when first released on real RuneScape. Make it worth getting. Make it better than max cape with the avas effect integrated like it should be.
