Where is the Balance? 350 Tokens for PvP Box, items degrade after use, lowered Stats outside of PvP, bind to wear?

Cause it was brought to game for pvp style not pvming, and its based totally on pvp.

We don't want the BIS items for PVM to be devalued, these are pvp weapons/gear and should stay like that.

I think it fits and gets wild more active for pvp gear let alone it has never been pvm gear. there is no reason to make this pvp gear for pvm big -1 on that
