What is your suggestion?:

• Vote ticket - Lottery Boost- Providing a .03% increase in a better chance to win the player held lottery 1x ticket. - How you would obtain a Vote ticket lottery boost? You would be able to purchase this item through the vote store. The custom item would require 10x votes per vote ticket - lottery boost. This item could only be used 1 time per lottery, and would be un-tradeable. You would speak with the lottery NPC to claim this 1x Vote ticket - Lottery boost.

How would this benefit Alora?: Encourage voting & also benefiting those who vote. 

• This would benefit Alora by encouraging voting to require this item & also benefiting those who vote, and erasing some in-game currency this way.

Interesting idea.

Given that the lottery all comes down to luck I don't see how a 0.03% chance for 10x votes would be worth buying purchasing.

I would maybe lower it to 5x Votes for a 0.03% chance.

Nevertheless a new item in the vote shop is a +1 from me.

Manaco - Correct you can just buy more tickets, but not every player has spare gold to spend.
This is an incentive for the community to vote & also providing a slight boost to for these players that take their time to vote.
A slight boost in game could possibly result in a 1# spot on any RSPS forum will guarantee player growth. While not introducing any money or game breaking mechanic in-game.
