I have asked Omi to fix this and he didn't know what the glitch was so I figured I would post this and include an image. This glitch has been in the game forever. Redwoods will randomly go invisible and you can't click on the tree.

It's been a known issue, just has not been fixed yet. Pretty sure it's in the list of accepted suggestions.

I did 200m woodcutting and it for sure triggered me so many times. And as Moral said it must be on accepted suggestions.

Sure, I'll give this a support as I can relate to others in the sense of how frustrating the experience of chopping Redwoods can be. I really hope to see this fixed some-time soon.

 

How-ever this probably belongs in the bug section.

Can understand how frustrating this may be, especially if grinding the Woodcutting skill for a very long time. I support.

It happens when you go up/down the ladder.

To add on to what Iron Soka  said, it can just happen randomly without going up the ladder too. In the pic I linked, I had been cutting in that spot for probably around half an hour without touching a ladder or going up to the top level of the redwood.
