Can kodai wand get the ability to have infinite water runes like in osrs.

 

edit: i know that it has the ability but you need a water rune on you or it doesn't work.

You sure? Doesn't ask for a water rune for me. Whenever i mage with soulsplit runes and kodai i can still barrage it is just blacked out.
