[Iron croc]

Hi folks i'm iron croc and i'm struggling with somthing.

 

At the moment there are only 2 ways of training hunter.

 

 - birds from 1-63 for chins till 99

 

 - puro puro from 1-63 for chins till 99

 

both are very tedious. To be honest a complete waste of time. Low level xp rates are so bad due to bugged bird snares / low base xp at puro puro (featuring hardcore ironman mode). 

 

My suggestions :

 

First option (and best): implement more hunter training methods and fix the bird snares.

Those shouldn't be bugged in the first place so yeah.

 

Fun training methods:

 

 - net hunting: lizards (swamp, orange , red, black)
 - falconry: kebbits (spotted, dark, dashing)

 

Implementation of these two would provide hunter options for levels: 29, 47, 59 , 67 (net traps) and 43, 57, 69.
The combination of the two existing methods and the ones listed above will help out training hunter as follows:

 

 - 1-29 crimsons/puro puro
 - 29-43 swamps
 - 43-47 falconry
 - 47 - 57/59 orange
 - 57/59 - 63 red lizards/falconry
 - 63-99 chins (red/black)

 

And many other methods of leveling this was just one example.

 

Second suggestion: 

Fix the bird snare bugg and buff puro puro xp rates.
Wich will result in a really boring but still bareable hunter training proces.

i don't agree on that part like it shouldn't be fast nor easy to max on Alora. I think it should be a little bit of challenge like if you don't spend hours/days on maxing. The cape is very good and it should be a bit of a grind to get.

I just think more hunter methods need to be added, they are in OSRS and thus should be in game.

 

The XP rates are fine, if anything too high.

I agree that there should definitely be more methods added and also maybe increase the catch rate seeing as sometimes chinchompas don't want to go into your traps >_<

Well atleast they can fix the snare bugg so the xp/an hour goes up. No need to change the xp rates then.

Support, because Hunter has always needed some improvement, this seems like something that could make the skill better.

I've always been interested in seeing some sort of expansion to hunter, even if it involves only a few other methods. Support any of the osrs methods that could be implimented
