Void Range has been nerfed hard today on Oldschool Runescape and the reason most of us here play Alora is how equal it is to the original game. Update affected the Range Void set as some other stuff, here it is:

My suggestion is.. Nerf the Range Void set and change the buy back price from Lost Item Store to the prices pre last update.

It is easy to obtain the Set by doing around 2 hours of Pest Control and it is Superior to any other Ranged Armour.

 

Armadyl & Karils would be an decent option then when doing Slayer with the Slayer Helmet (i). Kree'arra and Barrows would be more rewarding aswell since I could imagine their prices going up.

 

The thing is.. if this should pass it would be decent if changes to Extreme Slayer Assignments could be done.

Like setting the amount of Bosses assigned to be killed from 3 to 35.

 

Besides that Void would still be the best Ranged Gear when used Offtask.

Due to void being so cost-effective, armadyl has little to no use whatsoever.

Ty for keeping us posted Irvo, great job!

 

I do think the buy-back prices should remain the same. The only reason why it got increased in the first place, was to higher the stakes for void pkers.

Thats a great dea imo because arma is so cheap atm and only karils top is 'worth' something because its used in pvp

In my opinion it is, ranged gear besides void range has no use ingame at all. Besides that it's quite stupid Void outdamages someone with "max" ranged gear and a Slayer Helmet (i) on.

If coded correctly Slayer helm (i) + armadyl should be superior to void on task. If this indeed is not the case then void does indeed need a nerf.

Void is better then slay helm i with arma on task currently , also I support this topic.

Fully support this.  There should be no reason void is more powerful than max ranged gear since it's so easy to obtain.

This hurts me on so many levels but it does make sense, re-claimable level 42 armour being stronger than level 70 armour?

I support this with a few contingencies. Arma drops are just as easy to obtain if not easier and I have seen multiple people get full arma drops within 20 minutes from minions at arma. Fix the drop rates and nerf the void and everything would be GREAT.

I actually agree with this, as it stands void range is far too dominant. It needs a slight nerf. Support.
